In the Closed Room

About this book

In a cramped, sweltering room filled with the roar of passing trains, young Judith seeks an escape from the harsh reality of her world. She finds solace only in the mysterious dreams of her Aunt Hester, a place of light and fragrance that feels more real than her waking life. Can a child find true peace in a world that never stops moving?
